Lest You Thing I Don't Have Anything To Say

This week has been tough. I've had a lot of rough weeks, but most of them involved personal pain. This week has been Hailey's pain. She has a viral infection in her mouth and her whole mouth is full of blisters. She's had fevers as high as 104º and doesn't know how to deal with the pain. She has had a hard time eating or even drinking anything. I think we are finally on the better side of it. This week has been spent with lots of trips to the doctor, very little sleep, lots of movies, and LOTS of tears.

I'm grateful for two very healthy children.
I'm grateful for naps.
I'm grateful for modern medicine.
I'm grateful that normally my life is pleasant.
