3 days

until Lost starts! Too bad the RS asked me to teach the cooking class that day. I told them it was a bad night, yet I am teaching. Hopefully I can get them out of the house by 9.

1576800 Minutes!

Three years ago Alex and I were married and it has been an amazing three years. I'll keep this brief because I have spent most of today sick, thanks to a tiny guy. It is hard for me to express how grateful I am that we found each other. It's amazing to think of how much we have been blessed in the past three years. Alex, thanks for being awesome and being my best friend! I LOVE YOU!

22 and 7!

(When I took this picture Hailey was reading and she refused to look up, "no mommy, I reading.")
Hailey's 22 months! Yikes! Time flies. In the past two months she has learned all of her colors, the basic shapes, about a dozen songs that she can sing completely on her own, (and about 20 more she'll sing along with) and she can id some of her letters. She talks a mile a min and is getting really good at complete sentence and asking complete questions. She has the craziest memory, she remembers little things that happened months ago and she remember people really well. I think that is why she has learned so many things so quickly. She has started to make up her own games and makes us play them with her constantly. She loves to sing, dance, go for walks, go to nursery, help mommy "making cookies," (or any other cooking I will let her help me with) and go out to do things. The biggest miracle of the past month is she has finally started eating meat! She's not going to be a vegetarian after all.

I'm 7 months now, and the baby never stops moving. He's a crazy kid. We can't wait to meet him. I'll post a belly picture on Tuesday which happens to be Alex's and my third anniversary. :D

*Also as a side note, I plan on trying to start updating once a week so Grandma Y can see what's going on. I figure if I tell you this, I'm more likely to actually do it.

Decemberish

Team Y has had a crazy busy couple of months. I'll catch you up on some and then I will try to do better in the future.
Hailey hit 21 months.

I took my annual birthday Disneyland Trip.

Steven and Amanda got married.

I got a new camera for my birthday and have been taking lots of pictures of Alex and Hailey.

Pajama Party!

Hailey took her first walk in the snow.

We got to visit Alex's family in Utah.

We went to Disney on Ice.

Hailey got her big girl "princess bed."

And I got to have a "reunion" with some high school friends.

Lots of other stuff has happened but those are the highlights. We were so blessed last year and are looking forward to an exciting 2010.

A Preview

We don't have the actual pictures yet, so I stole a couple from facebook. Interestingly enough it snowed on their wedding day, only for a few mins but it snowed. Even more interesting is the last time it snowed around here:

It's now a family tradition. They had a great photographer, so the pics are amazing even though it was pouring rain. I'll post them soon, along with some other interesting stuff.

On Saturday...

These two crazy kids are getting married.

Which means life around our house has been crazy. Today Hailey hits 21 months but for the sake of keeping it short, that post will have to wait until after the wedding. I'm so excited for Steven and Amanda though! Saturday will be awesome!
